Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Shell (Houston, TX) en jun 2013
Entrevista
I submitted my application online. Two days later I was sent an email with a link to an "online assessment" that had to be completed within one week. I completed the 72-question online assessment, pressed "submit," and instantly received an email telling me I'd been rejected and that I'm not allowed to apply again until 12 months later.

I'm a graduate student with no job experience in my field, so the online assessment was baffling, because it was full of questions apparently aimed at applicants who have been previously employed. For example, I'm pretty sure I've never delegated and assigned tasks to team members from different departments working on the same project, but there were plenty of questions asking about how good I am at doing tasks like that.
It was a very clear and well-organized interview process. All the questions were straightforward and easy to understand, and everything was explained clearly. I do not have any additional comments or concerns regarding the process.

What is the most challenging project you have worked in?
It was a very long and difficult interview process. Lots of exercise and team works. The process called SRD (Shell Recruitment Day). The team interaction and individual efforts were tested and reviewed.

Long process but slightly more straightforward and than competitors.
Online application, competency tests (I think they were 3 different kinds, short questions but very little time to answer), pre recorded video interview, live case study video interview, assessed internship and then job offer.
