Entrevista
Interviewed by phone. Interview lasted 45 minutes:
15 minutes to discuss your resume, contact information and generally introduce yourself to the interviewer and vice versa.
30 minutes of answering behavioural questions including speaking about your proudest achievement (15 mins) and general behavioural questions (15 mins).
A final 15 minutes is allocated to the discussion of 4 subjects as if you were acting as the CEO of a global company:
1. Business and Competitors -> chosen for this interview. Interviewer explained what I had to do and asked questions at every 'step' of my answer to lead.
2. CO2 emissions -> chosen for my first interview and did terrible. Interviewer did not ask questions to 'lead' the discussion.
I do not remember 3 and 4. They tend to reuse these questions since all 4 subjects have been given to me in both interviews I've gotten (back as an undergraduate and now graduating student).
Overall the interview process is very predictable (except for the last section but even that is quite repetitive) and your enjoyment of the interview thoroughly depends on your interviewer.
