heard about role, applied thru portal, nothing happened for weeks, then got call for interview. I was working on contract for the company. Do your research, find out what you can about the interviewers and company culture, etc. Use LinkedIn to talk with someone in the company. Great place to work!

This is for a contract position. Lengthy first round interview going through various change methodologies and examples. Second round was more informal GTKY-style interview with future manager. Overall a good experience and fairly quick feedback (within a week).
