Received verbal then written offer on/around the 14th. Background check started the next day and completed results sent to the company on the 21st (7 days). Received start date 2weeks later and the start date was 2 1/2 weeks out. Earning this position, Start to finish - exactly 4 months.

All questions were expected but was impressed with interviewer's ability to gain insight into background and character of interviewee. These professionals encourage questions from the interviewee and even allowed the interview to change course a bit to accommodate and stimulate the conversation. Great company and office environment. It was obvious the people working there enjoyed it, very encouraging!
The Shell interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable while asking thoughtful questions that focused on both technical knowledge and personal experiences. The process gave me a clear understanding of Shell’s culture and values, and overall it was a positive and insightful experience.

Tell me about a time when you faced a challenge working in a team, and how you handled it.
The process is methodical and structured. I received the meeting invite about a week before the interview. The interview panel is warm and nice. I enjoyed the process. The panel makes you comfortable so you can answer the questions freely.
Pretty Straight forward and very much to the point. Multiple rounds, at the least 3 that I went through. Mostly person who could be your LM will do the interview.
