Thorough comprehensive competency-based interview. The process itself took ages from submission of application to receiving an interview offer. They took forever to get back to me about my interview status before finally rejecting. It would have been better if they expedited the process and informed applicants of their status promptly instead of leaving them clueless.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
