First, received a phone call asking if I was interested in the position, and would I like to interview. I was then scheduled for a Panel interview consisting of the VP + 2 Dept. Managers. At the interview, I was told that the entire hiring process would take a few weeks. If I had been considered for the position, I would have received an offer, then they would have performed a full background check.
