If you go through the SRN program and you meet the qualifications, you are placed immediately. They will ask you basic questions about your experience and that is it.

Interview was great and management made it go a lot better with a welcoming and positive attitude. When I asked about growth, management was happy to hear about potential growth and even offered flexibility.

Entrevista
First interview with 2 managers, then called the next day for second interview on a Friday. Reference check started on Monday. Reference check is done by email. 5 references and they need to complete a long survey
