Applied online - their system was totally replaced in the last year so I had to rebuild my entire profile and re-enter my employment history. Almost 3 months later I finally received a call from someone to set up an interview. In the time since I got hired for another position with another employer. In my experience an employee with a valuable skill set can obtain a job within a few weeks of initially looking. Not sure why they would wait so very long.
