Very thorough - lots of touch points, lots of chances for the company to evaluate the candidate and vice versa. Process will take a month or more but you will always know where you are in the process and next steps.
1. Phone screening with corporate HR.
2. Phone interview with Hiring Manager.
3. Phone interview with Sales Director.
4. Face to Face interview with the Hiring Manager.
5. "Ride-a-Long" with seasoned account executive in a similar territory.
6. Final interview with the Hiring Manager.

The interview process is long and thorough. With sales, this is preferred I think. I was glad to see that Service Express took their hiring so seriously. I like to know the people i am working beside are vetted, qualified, quality people. The recruitment process gave me a really good opportunity to get to know them so that i made a good decision.
