The interview process was pretty easy. Group interview at first. make sure you stand out. dress professionally and have a nice attitude. be a team player. after group interview you get an interview with the store manager if you were already interview by them you would get an interview with the district manager.
Friendly, lots of question and hypothetical situations in regards to customer service. Makeup portfolio was appreciated. Focus is on product knowledge and friendliness. Asked about retail background, what trainings I would be interested in. Also how hard I am willing to work to move up into a management position. Also my timeline I expect to management.

The interview was a group interview with 6 other people. It was slightly competitive but also fun. We had one-on-one interviews as well. I was called after I left and was hired for the job.
