There were 2 interviews back-to back. We mostly discussed expectations and the Loyalty Program offers. They were very nice and conversational. Essentially, they are looking for people who can communicate well, learn quickly and have an interest in the cosmetic industry.
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Entrevista
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
