Kind people, had past experience and felt a little rushed but I think that is just retail. Overall positive but worry they might be understaffed at the moment. Pay and benefits were okay but not competitive

How do you handle a customer who is acting inappropriately?
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
