There were 2 interviews. For the first interview, it was done on a 101 bases where I was asked a bunch oof behavioral questions. I got a call back for a second interview. I was expecting questions based on my availability and all that but it ended up being bunch of behavioural questions again with a different person.

They asked about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Entrevista
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
