It was a bait and switch interview. I applied for a full time leader and they brought me in to offer part time Licensed advisor. I applied to a few other locations near me for the same position and that was brought up against me.

Entrevista
The interview process took me about 2 months and they required me to interview with 5 different people. They said I didn't have the proper experience so I feel like that should've been decided after the first 2 interviews. The questions were standard interview questions.

Friendly and very interacting interview. Had some situational questions as well. Must dress professional (all black) and I wore makeup to the interview. I also called multiple times to see the status of my interview/application as well.
Had two interviews one with the Assistant Manager and Manager in person then a virtual interview with the District Manager. The process moved fairly quickly and smoothly, just be honest with your questions and do your homework.
