The whole process was very easy. The questions asked were basic retail ones and very superficial. They do however ask scenarios based questions but they were also super simple and logical.

Interview process was relaxed, and they encourage you to be yourself. One thing I would recommend is to wear make up in a way that shows your make up skills.

There were 2-3 rounds of interviews and a pre-screening video call were done when opening a new Sephora store. The pre-screening was a personal 1-1 call while the actual interview was done as a group
