Entrevista
It was fun and easy, at least for me. I did 1 group interview and I was called the next day saying I got the position. We did a "new name" excercise where we had to pick one word to describe who we were. After that we did another exciercise where we had to make an "30 second elevator pitch" as to why Sephora should hire us. Afterwards we splitted into groups of 3-4 people and were given a choice of 3 items to make a presentation. After that they allowed time for Q & A.

The Elevator Pitch. Luckily I've done it before and learned about it in school. I did pretty well, but alot of the other candidates were having a hard time. Even with the 2 min prep time we had to put something together.
