First round is a general brief the role and availability of the applicant; Asked mainly scenario-based questions for the second round to test problem-solving skills and thought process.

Very relaxed and friendly, encouraged everyone to socialise during the assessment centre. It was honestly so relaxed, we literally had TikTok time before 1-on-1 interviews.
The 1-on-1 interview wasn't incredibly organised, and I wasn't given time to ask questions specific to my job role, which was a shame as no one else in the office worked in the division I was interviewing for.

screening and one round interview. didn’t even receive a rejection literally got ghosted which is super unprofessional. interview wasn’t too difficult tho but bad on their part to not reject me
