After being offered a job by the organisation, i submitted my CV and Portfolio to the HR dept. They reacted promptly and after a brief phone call, i was invited for an interview. The interview was easy on the attitude and liberal enough to freely and honestly converse on the current job as well as my expectations. The company offered me a moderate hike on my existing salary which was negotiated further and after learning my expectations and experience, they offered me the package i had demanded. I was also supported in the notice period of my old job and allowed to join a little late than the specified date of joining. Good experience and talented HR Manager!
