Fast and concise, they just have random questions if you can do the job and if the salary offer is fine with the applicant. All of the interviewers are direct to the point when it comes to their questioning the applicant. The requirements needed to submit are easy to get and is given enough time to accomplished. After the first interview with the Operations Manager it proceeds to the Executive Director.
