La típica llamada inicial, en la que te platican del puesto y te preguntan sobre tu disponibilidad en el día a día y una pregunta en inglés, luego pasas a una segunda entrevista en línea, en donde te tienes que grabar para responder las preguntas, son combinadas inglés y español, para finalizar con una tercera entrevista en donde ya es con alguien encargado en el área, te platican mas a fondo del puesto y te preguntan cosas sobre tu experiencia, herramientas, disponibilidad, algunas preguntas en inglés para evaluar tu desempeño en el idioma

The process began with a friendly phone call from the HR department, where they introduced themselves and provided a brief overview of the interview schedule. They explained that the first round would focus on my educational background, work experience, and a general understanding of procurement processes. I was also informed that a technical assessment would be part of the interview to evaluate my problem-solving skills. The first interview, conducted by the HR representative, was indeed relaxed and conversational. They asked about my academic achievements, previous work experiences, and specific projects related to procurement. The questions were not overly technical, and I appreciated the opportunity to share my experiences in a comfortable setting. It felt more like a discussion than a traditional interview, and this helped ease any initial nervousness. Following the initial interview, I was scheduled for a technical assessment. I was given a procurement-related case study to analyze and present my approach. The case study was challenging but not overwhelming. It allowed me to showcase my understanding of procurement strategies and problem-solving abilities. The interviewer was supportive and provided guidance when needed, creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
