You have a preliminary phone interview and then a second phone interview.
Afterwards you will be call in for an in person interview with two people.
They ask you a lot of open ended questions about the job and how you would handle a certain situation. They interview very well and ask a lot of probing questions if they either want to know more about your answer or are just curious in general.
