The interview process comprised of 4 rounds. The first was a telephone conversation with the recruiter who wanted to learn about my experience. The second round was with one of the architects and we had a conversation about my background and what the position’s roles and responsibilities the company was looking for then we had a rapid fire QnA session. The third round was with another senior architect and they followed the same pattern and asked questions about the implementation of the IGA system. They had asked questions for a solutions architect, instead of professional services. Fourth round was with the senior leadership to check if the fit was good. The recruiter went MIA after the interview was complete. After the email follow-up, I never received any update. Couple of months later, the same required reached out as if they wanted to provide an update regarding the job opening and again went MIA. I would like to provide a feedback to the company’s recruitment team to provide a timely update to the candidates and also to provide them with a background structure of the interview process and not pass the candidates to be interviewed for the positions they did NOT apply.
