Application after that phone call interview. After that HR interview and after that interview with Scientist and after that salary negotiation after few days they give you offer letter and a week time to give your decision
Pretty seamless. They are very quick at responding. Phone call screening is very informal, and recruiter is kind. Panel interview is intimidating however they just want to get to know you.
