Received an email from the recruiter that you seem to be a good fit , calls requests an interview next morning 11 AM , I ask him to wait as I have to study what Sanofi does and research and prepare for interview , schedules a 45 min call 2 days after Step 2 45 Min call , I recieve an agenda with 2 panelists inteview there are 3 out of no where a Product Owner joins in. Still finr I handle and tackle the questions to the best of my ability Proceed to Step 3 : Next 45 min interview supposedly Tech round + Management Skills . I pass those too Step 4 ; HM is apparently battling between 2 candidates and is unsure of my tech abilities sends an outdates Code Signal test who uses it nowadays. The test has Sql python and JAVA apparently they want Java as well in midst of all the DWH , ETL and SQL skills they specifically mentioned in JD. I leave Java as that is not my skillset Step 5 : HM is still unsire and asks for another round with a DE manager clear that too. Then HM starts resume searching while keeping me at bay asks the recruiter to keep me on hook. Finally after 5 weeks of prepping interviewing I get a reject
