It's very lengthy of 3 rounds 3 weeks at last hr don't even pick the call nor inform may be favoritism or strong reference required. But after every call hr says u are selected for next round but nothing was responded back

Entrevista
Overall nice, two folks took the interview. Senior one seems very neutral and other (junior) one was kind of just observing. Initially, Senior asked the questions and then junior.
They could have made a more better environment but I assume it was already evening and they just want to finish the process.
