Staffing company called me in a week after submission of my resume. Then technical manager called me next day. It was 30 minutes telephone interview. Mostly on current experience. It was like a discussion.

There was one to one interview with them and very technical question rather bushing about general question on education. Moreover they focused more on experience eventhough i explained my practical laboratory knowledge which was not enough though
