I applied for a VIE position. The entire process is(a bit too much) automatized but slow in sending feedback. After sending your CV, you will get an invitation for recording 4 simple questions of 1 min via easycrue. I believe that this method is quite superficial and you can't show your pesonality and skills with an interview of less than 4 minutes...especially with questions totally uncorrelated with your experiences. It seems like a model casting! An they tend to prefer French.

Resume screening, then video session during which you need to answers typicall questions (introduce yourself, tell me about a time you led a global team, a time you did fail and what you learnt...), interview with Manager and final Panel interview
