Recruiter company identified and organized first interview with 2 professionals - consultant&director. Then company HR took interview, later meeting with company GM for 1,5 -2 hours. After country GM, head of Russia and Eurasia consulted with my previous GM and then I was rejected. All process was well organized and professionally done by HR team.
