I applied for the position of senior brand manager of Dulcolax based in Barcelona HQ. I was on the second stage of the interview process. In general, it takes too long ( I applied early February/March). They came back to me in June and I didn't do the business case till the end of July. As I didn't have any news from them and It took time to work on a business case I contacted them twice with no reply. I think the minimum a company can do is provide feedback especially when there is amount of hours of preparation behind. This reflects the bureaucracy of a big company behind and the many stages to get an approval or answer. Not good experience.
