First a phone screen, then a call with the director and lastly a panel interview. Unfortunately, I was ghosted after the final interview so wasn't successful, poor candidate experience and makes me feel I completely wasted my time preparing and partaking in the process. Some feedback would have been nice.

After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.
