I’ve interviewed with a fair number of companies in my career and Salesforce by far has given me the worst candidate experience. I interviewed for two separate AE roles and had the same situation come up twice: 1) Successful interview with an initial recruiter, 2) Passed to another recruiter to help prep for hiring manager round, and then 3) ghosted and never heard from again despite multiple follow ups.
Considering the initial approach was from the recruiter contacting me on LinkedIn, I find it disrespectful that they can’t even provide an email or reasoning as to why the interview process has stopped when I’ve taken time out of my day to meet with them.
Had higher expectations for a Talent Acquisition team from such a reputable company.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is

There was a massive lag between the first and second round through the internal recruiters. Then the one with the hiring manager was dreadful, he showed up 10 minutes late to the Zoom and then said ‘I hadn’t even prepared for this, let’s go through your cv now’.
