Interviews/Panel process. Managers, Directors involved. Ask about experience, passions, and why Salesforce. Very straightforward motion that tests your ability to sell and present to executives. Offer came shortly after I spoke with the entire team
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
