Pretty straight forward. Got a message fro the recruiter and scheduled a short call, he told me about the proccess and how long it would take (3-4 weeks tops).
1st meeting was with a director (different team) were most of the call focused on my experience and why I wanted to join Salesforce
2nd meeting required to prepare a case and presentation about a personal experience with a customer (STAR methodology). Tou are encouraged to talk to an active employee to get a better idea of how Salesforce works (this is a suggestion, not enforced)
3rd meeting was very technical with the hiring manager, discussions about troubleshooting, train of thought and how to proceed with client requests.
I believe a good study session regarding all Salesforce products can be of help when preparing for your inteviews

After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.

The process was smooth. The HR team kept me informed of everything that was happening and the next steps. The interviewers were knowledgeable about the topics, and the conversations were productive.
