First two interviews are with a recruiter. Then the recruiter works to find you roles that fit within your interests and skillsets. From there, you interview with hiring managers of relevant positions. If you make it past those rounds, then you move to a panel round where you put together a presentation of a past deal cycle you've worked on.

The interview process consisted of five rounds and was quite demanding overall. Expectations changed between interviews, communication was inconsistent, and the hiring manager came across as dismissive and unnecessarily harsh throughout the process
