Recruiter reached out after applying via email and after confirming that I am looking like a great fit said that she will be sending email to get technical round availability. I got the automated rejection email next day. However this same recruiter reached our to me in January this year for the same role and after clearing technical round and submitting an assignment (which took 7 days of work) she ghosted me.
