Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) en jun 2011
Entrevista
Starts with a phone screen with sales recruiter. Nothing terrible, confirms experience, salary, current OTE and performance...etc.
next is phone call with hiring manager, lasts approximately 45 minutes.
You get past that and there the panel interview in person with at least another manager present. If they like you, you stay to present to a larger audience. That step involves prepping a deck to close them on a CRM sale. They pepper you with sales questions throughout. Important that you never break role play!
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
