It was very smooth. The interview panel make you feel comfortable. One needs to be confident about their work experience and explain it to the point. Manager does not need to have Salesforce technical certifications but should have handled technical support engineers. Customer experience is important.

The interview process was outstanding, and the recruiting team demonstrated a high level of organization throughout.
