Entrevista
I had 3 interviews. The first one with HR talking about my professional (if applicable) experience and my major projects. The second one was talking with a Lead from the team. It was also talking about how I can fit in Salesforce's culture and why it's important to me be part of the company. And finally, the third and last interview was a panel with the Team that I would be part of. It was a presentation speaking about myself answering three questions:
Why me?
Why Salesforce?
Why now?
And two weeks before I got the offer. The whole process lasts like 2 months.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Entrevista
Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.
Processus en 4 étapes:
- Interview avec Talent Acquisition
- 2 interview avec Managers SE
- Panel (mise en situation et démo produit) - étape clé
- Interview VP pour validation
