Fairly straight forward. Applied and there was one round of phone screen and then straight to a panel interview. The panel was a pleasant experience, after you were done with the hiring managers you had another 15 min with in seat BDR's as well and a chance to ask questions.

3 steps: recruiter screen, recruiter, final round panelist. Talk about yourself, more conversational than technical. Did not do mock cold call or mock presentation at all. Purely questions like tell me about yourself, why salesforce etc
