Thorough vetting of your background and skill set. Everyone was very friendly but were all business and asked targeted questions to determine how you react to scenarios you may be uncomfortable with or questions you don't know the answers to. If you get invited to panel, take full advantage of the time your panel coach offers you, it is invaluable.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

- Panel (mise en situation et démo produit) - étape clé
- Interview VP pour validation
