I had 4 rounds of interview.
First: A 30min chat with the HM, focused on what is expected of the role, my background and few questions around PM in general.
Second: 3 loops, 30 min each with Directors and Sr Managers in the team. Focused on my background and asking a lot of situational/behavioral questions.
Third: A 1hr panel (6 people) interview. I was asked to prepare a Program Plan and present it to the group. During the presentation the group asked questions related and not related to the plan.
Fourth: A 45min chat with the VP of the org. It was a casual chat centered around the role, some of my experience, questions I had.
