Overall, the interview process was great. My recruiter kept regular contact throughout the process and helped me a lot in preparing for each upcoming interview. It was a three-step process with an initial recruiter screen, followed by a quick hiring manager interview, and finally a panel presentation interview with a few team members.

The interview was alright. I was asked questions about why I wanted to join salesforce, why I am interested in solution engineering, case based questions to showcase my character. They really want you to apply every answer to Salesforce's values.
