Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Salesforce (Dallas, TX) en oct 2019
Entrevista
5 Rounds:
HR Recruiter - 20 Mins.
Technical round - 1 hour.
Consulting round - 45 mins.
Interview of both Technical and Consulting combined - 40 mins.
Panel round - Comprising of senior executives, usually 2 or more. - 1 hour.
I recently concluded Interview with Salesforce.com. I wanted to highlight how professional every interviewer was. In every interview, there were proper introductions, followed by how that particular round would progress. The recruiter explained me during my first call itself that I need to be good at Story telling of the work I did and while doing that, I need to highlight the deep technical expertise, accordingly.
During the questions, some of the interviewers even helped me ease down my nerves as I was very nervous, giving an interview after 12+ years.
An Example: For one of the questions, when I said that I didn't work in that area, the interviewer said 'that's a very complex area and not everyone would have gotten exposure to'.
I had a Panel presentation for my final round and I was very tired after all the prior rounds. But the way the interview was made more conversational and less a Q & A, it again calmed me down.
