Mostly questions around your current job and a few questions around problems needed to be solved in the new position. There were 5+1 rounds. In the end I didnt get an offer, I was told I hadnt handled the scope they expected me to handle. Jokes on me because I was actually gonna take a scope cut in the new job and probably handle 3x the scope and complexity than their position, so I obviously didnt relay my current job responsibilities well. I found everyone in the process to be extremely friendly. In retrospect I should understood expectations better and relayed more of my experience. One super weird thing was that even though I was queued for back to back interviews which included the lunch hour, I had no lunch interview. So at the end of the process I was super hungry :)

Typical set up. Meet with Recruiter, hiring manager and then 2 more rounds (one with panel). Very quick turn around. Discussed examples of situations. Thought provoking questions, good conversation about the role and Salesforce culture.
