Entrevista
The interview process had several steps. First, several phone screens with HR and hiring managers. Second, more in depth video interviews with the hiring manager and two other members of the team. Finally, an in-person presentation and demo with a panel of various team members. Everyone was helpful and responsive throughout the process and in preparation for the interviews and presentation.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.

- 2 interview avec Managers SE
- Panel (mise en situation et démo produit) - étape clé
- Interview VP pour validation
