There were four interviews in total which I completed during this process. The first was with a recruiter (internal tosalesforce) by phone and was more of a conversation than a traditional interview. I talked through my CV with her and she discussed the role with me. The next two interviews were with two different managers in the department. The managers each brought an analyst from their teams to their respective interviews. The interview centred around discussing my CV, what had motivated me to apply for the role, what was my understanding of the business and the industry within which it operates etc. The final interview involved preparing a business case to present to a senior director in the department along with the two managers I had met previously. The panel introduced new information throughout the presentation to see how I would adapt to it and how it would impact my analysis. This was probably the most challenging stage in the entire process, but in my opinion is a very effective way to assess candidates.

They ghosted me after the panel presentation even though I got positive live feedback - really bad look to ghost after asking someone to put effort into the analysis and presentation (on top of the my own job).
