Lots of core java and multithreading related questions for the initial technical screening. The second interview was mainly pseudo programming which allowed for a lot of interesting technical discussions around my proposed solution. The third component was a hacker rank challenge which was not overly complicated but provided enough complexity to make it interesting. The final step was a combination of 3 interviews which was a mix of technical and design process related questions.

I had a disappointing experience which i never expected from Salesforce Hiring manager. During the interview, the hiring manager was unprofessional and mocking at the answers. A constructive discussions and a respectful approach should have created a better experience for both parties.
