Interview process is not well structured. There were constant delays in getting the response from HR. 1st round was very smooth but result took well over 3 days to come out with no update even after call/mail on 2nd day. 2nd round happened and result took 1 week without any update after repeated calls/mails. And HR did not ever have courtesy to call me for saying no.
