The interview over here is a good experience, it took almost 6 weeks to get the offer letter.
The concepts were totally new-ish (the way they asked it) and I really liked it.
1) Phone Interview: It was a 30 min call with the hiring manager, asked about the basic concepts, company description and they looked for good communication skills which sent me to the second round.
2) & 3) Onsite: The 2nd & 3rd rounds were done onsite, with each 1 hour. they really looked for in-depth knowledge about the SQL DB, REST-ful services, WCF, security (vulnerabilities, how to overcome them), Agile-Scrum, TDD, regular OOPS concepts, and some scenario based questions based on the past experience. They are looking for the confidence in the person by asking twisted questions, but at the end if you are good with the concepts you should be able to answer them.
Rule of Thumb: Don't get nervous, stay calm & you should be able to answer all the questions. They will make you comfort initially by asking easy questions but don't get carried away by that.
