The interview stages included: a video chat with the hiring manager; a half day with 3 1:1 team interviews; a phone call with the recruiter; another half day that included delivering a mini-training to the team, Q&A, and 1:1 interviews with the remaining team members; and a phone call with the hiring manager. While the process took a while to get through, it all moved pretty quickly and the recruiter was great about keeping me in the loop along the way, checking in, and being available for any questions. Everyone I met was on time, welcoming, and personable.

l got this interview via recruiter. I was very nervous as this was my first interview in several years and I think that was obvious. The interviewers were all very kind and made me feel comfortable despite knowing I had made a bad impression and I would not likely be continuing.

30 minute screening zoom call with hiring manager, went really well shared in-depth about the team, the role, the expectations and the current challenges. Great conversation. 2 more follow up interviews with cross-functional stakeholders who would be counterparts, interviews were fine but they seemed unimpressed. Recruiter got back to me within two days and apologized, said "feedback doesn't match reasoning for not wanting to move forward" They said I would be too structured as a program manager for their org, even though they both asked how I could bring structure to their chaos.
